serving Duval, St John's, Clay, Baker, Nassau, and Flagler Counties
in Northeast Florida. LifeCare Solutions has been serving the
Jacksonville area over the past 15 years, offering skilled care and
supportive services. Skilled Care includes home health nursing,
physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as medical
